We welcome volunteers. There are many areas where volunteers would be able to assist with
programs and services such as packaging or delivering meals to the homebound members,
assisting with activities at the center, teaching classes and sharing talents and expertise.

• Meal Delivery (9:00am until Noon) • Front Desk Help • Movie Day (make popcorn for movie) • Office/Clerical • Portion Meals (8:00am to 9:30am) • Gift Shop attendant • Teach or instruct a class (such as computer, bridge, information sessions) • Activity Day (set up/scorer) • Baking Volunteer (bake cakes for homebound members) • Birthday Day (set up/serve cake and ice-cream) • Community Events/Fundraisers • Making reminder/information telephone calls • Conduct one time workshops (share your expertise) • Volunteer to make and donate crafts/goods for gift shop (gift shop is a fund raiser for DSI) |
